Content and rights
Do not use services for unlawful activity, fraud, intellectual property or personal data violations, threats, or child exploitation material. Customers are responsible for their content and permission to publish it.
Network security
Unauthorised access, scanning or attacks against other networks, malware, phishing, botnets and systems used to attack others are prohibited. Customers must address vulnerabilities and protect their access credentials.
Email and resources
Spam and open mail relays are prohibited. Bulk email requires verifiable consent and an unsubscribe option. Resource use must not harm systems or other users. Unlimited bandwidth remains subject to service terms and does not grant unrestricted use of every resource.
Reporting and enforcement
Report suspected abuse to [email protected] with URLs, times, logs or relevant evidence. Our team investigates and may restrict, suspend or terminate services as necessary under the agreement and law, and coordinate with relevant parties for security incidents.
Security incidents
If unauthorised account or server access is suspected, notify our team and change affected credentials. Do not publish passwords or other people’s personal data as evidence in public spaces.
